Ingredients for 4 people:
- 600g of ravioli
- 60 g of fresh truffle La Spora
- 80 g of butter
- 3 sage leaves
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Cook the ravioli in a pot with plenty of salted water. In a pan, melt the butter gently with the sage, grate half the fresh truffle into the melted butter and heat slightly, as soon as the ravioli are ready, add them and mix. Serve hot with the remaining fresh truffle slices.
Alternatively, you can use our truffle butter , adding the fresh truffle slices at the end.
