Shipping and Returns

To ensure our truffle products reach consumers fresh and in line with the highest quality standards, all shipments are handled directly from our headquarters in Italy, without the use of intermediary warehouses.

Generally, packages are delivered within the timeframes indicated in the table. Shipments are made via express courier from Monday morning to Thursday morning, depending on the geographical area and the address the customer specifies during the purchase process. Shipping costs include postage and packaging fees.

Customers are not required to pay any additional amount beyond what is indicated in their orders. Should they receive any such requests, they have the right to refuse the products and are invited to contact Azienda Agricola La Spora by email at info@tartufilaspora.it or by phone at 349 3219895.
