General Information and Company Commercial Policy We are a family-run business that over the years has specialized in the cultivation and sale of fresh truffles. The truffles are found naturally on our privately owned land in the upper Sangro river valley, between Molise and Abruzzo. The company also produces truffle-based food specialties, seasonings, sauces, and preserved truffles.

The choice of natural ingredients is enhanced by the professionalism and passion we dedicate to the preparation of our products, which allows them to be appreciated in all their extraordinary goodness.

Scope of Application These sales conditions apply to customers who, according to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005, can be defined as consumers and who make purchases through the online store store.sulpiziotartufi.it for exclusively private use.

By submitting a purchase order, the customer confirms that they have accepted these sales conditions, having read them in their entirety.

Object of the Service and the Contract Through the Store website, Azienda Agricola La Spora provides an online sales service for preserved and fresh food products, mainly truffle-based. The pages of our online shop contain descriptions of all the main characteristics of the products.

Registration To use the service, users must register by filling out the registration form with the required data. Complete acceptance of the privacy policy and these general conditions is essential. It is the user's responsibility to remember their login credentials, which Azienda Agricola La Spora does not know. If the password is lost, it cannot be recovered, but a new one can be imported using the specific function on the website.

Purchase Procedure Orders placed by customers on the website are considered offers to purchase the selected items based on these general sales conditions. All orders are subject to the company's discretion and availability. Users who wish to complete the online purchase procedures must select the items they intend to buy, add them to the shopping cart, and carefully review the information in the summary before proceeding with the payment of the indicated amount. Orders are considered placed only after they have been confirmed by the company and payments have been made. The order summary form indicates the amount to be paid, including shipping costs and taxes. Only in the case of cash on delivery is it possible to pay for the goods upon receipt.  

 Availability and Prices Prices are inclusive of VAT and are indicated in Euros.

The company does everything possible to ensure the availability of the products indicated on the website, but cannot guarantee that the items will always be available upon receipt of orders. In this eventuality, the user will receive an email and is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, credited to the credit card used for the purchase or via bank transfer.

Payment Methods The company allows you to choose between different payment methods:

  • Advance bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery

In the case of cash on delivery payments, a surcharge is required, as specified at the end of the purchase procedure on the website.

Delivery of Products and Risks The indicated delivery times are indicative only.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the delivery address provided and to communicate any omissions or errors. The company cannot be held responsible for delays not attributable to it and undertakes to respect the timeframes indicated on the website, shipping the goods within the limits permitted by current law. Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer during registration or when placing the order.

Limitations of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is liable for damages to users of a contractual or extra-contractual nature only if they represent a direct and immediate consequence of the Store's activity, due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.   

Refund Criteria / Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal Customers have the right to withdraw from signed contracts within 14 days from the date the products were delivered, without any penalty and without the need to specify the reason. Customers who wish to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Azienda Agricola La Spora – viale Roma 24, 67037 Roccaraso (AQ), Italy. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging; it must not have been opened, damaged, or consumed. The right of withdrawal is excluded if the product has been used or is not intact.   Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized or custom-made products. The same applies to products, such as food items, that cannot be returned due to the risk of deterioration. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customers. If the products are returned complete with all their functionalities and parts, the entire amount paid by the customer will be refunded by Azienda Agricola La Spora within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, i.e., natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity.   

Warranty Except for food products, customers are entitled to a warranty on the conformity of the services and products purchased. This extends for 24 months from the date the goods were delivered. In order for the warranty right to be exercised, the owner must receive notification regarding the lack of conformity within two months from the date it was discovered. The customer is required to send the company an email specifying the order number. Furthermore, the defect must be described accurately; for this purpose, it is preferable to also attach photos.

Before a response is given to users, the company will examine and verify all elements. If the lack of conformity of the product is confirmed, the customer will have the right to obtain the replacement or repair of the defective product, after it has been returned. If replacement and repair prove too expensive or otherwise impossible, termination of the contract is permitted.

Service Provided "As Is" Azienda Agricola La Spora provides the service "as is," without any implicit or explicit guarantees regarding its availability and accuracy.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Returns To ensure our truffle products reach consumers fresh and in line with the highest quality standards, all shipments are handled directly from our headquarters in Italy, without the use of intermediary warehouses.

Generally, packages are delivered within the timeframes indicated in the table. Shipments are made via express courier from Monday morning to Thursday morning, depending on the geographical area and the address the customer specifies during the purchase process. Shipping costs include postage and packaging fees.

Customers are not required to pay any additional amount beyond what is indicated in their orders. Should they receive any such requests, they have the right to refuse the products and are invited to contact Azienda Agricola La Spora by email at info@tartufilaspora.it or by phone at 349 3219895.

Considering the nature of the products, Azienda Agricola La Spora meticulously handles packaging to ensure that transportation does not compromise the integrity of the goods. Special attention is paid to the packaging of fresh truffles; for this purpose, methods and techniques are used to guarantee that the product remains fresh even when it is delivered to the customer.
