Our porcini mushroom cream with white truffle combines the strong taste of porcini mushrooms with the delicate flavour of the prized white truffle, with the right balance.
It is perfect to use to sauté a first course with the addition of a little cooking water. Also with the addition of oil and béchamel you can use it to make a mouth-watering white lasagna.
It also lends itself well as a base for tasty meat escalopes, or as a cream to spread on hot bruschetta, or to prepare a risotto.
