Truffles are one of the most prized raw materials in Italian cuisine, recognized worldwide for their quality. Even when used raw, in slices, they require some preparation.
To clean it you will need a brush with natural bristles, effective but soft and delicate on the surface of the tuber. Brushing will help you remove all unwanted residues and clean the truffle before cutting.
