Our ground summer truffle can be used in bruschetta, or as a first course, mixing it in a pan with cooking water and butter, or oil, depending on your taste. You can also use it to mix ricotta and serve it as an appetizer, or even use it in fillings for ravioli, cannelloni, gnocchi, or to stuff a white lasagna! Also excellent in omelettes and on eggs.
