Kit to bring your summer barbecues to life.

The kit includes:

Black truffle oil 100 ml: Condiment made with extra virgin olive oil flavoured with black truffle. Ingredients for 100 ml format: 97% EU origin extra virgin olive oil, 0.5% dried summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), natural flavourings.


Truffle sauce 40g: Cream made from button mushrooms and truffle. Ready to use, we recommend using it as a condiment for pasta dishes, pizza, crostini, scaloppine and appetisers. Ingredients: 50% cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) from Italy, 6% summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), olive oil, black olives, salt, natural flavourings.

Ground summer truffle 40g: Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) ground in olive oil. Ingredients: 65% summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) from Italy (Abruzzo and Molise), olive oil, salt, natural flavourings. 


Salt & truffle 40g: Our truffle salt can be used in place of normal cooking salt, to add a special touch to your dishes. The dispenser with three dispensing modes makes it very easy to use. Ingredients: 95% sea salt, 3% dried summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), natural flavourings.


Mayonnaise 80g: Light mayonnaise, made without the use of colourings or preservatives, with added truffle. Ingredients: 78% sunflower oil, eggs, wine vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, 1% dried summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), salt, natural flavourings.
