Description
Dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and related group), 30 g jar.
Natural, their preservation method is simply their dehydration (drying at a controlled temperature).
Use in the kitchen: Before using them, simply immerse them in a bowl of warm water, so that the mushroom regains its hydration and body until it doubles in volume (about half an hour).
You can then use the mushrooms and their water to prepare sauces to accompany first courses, meat-based second courses, or as a base for sautéing potatoes in a pan and anything else your imagination suggests!
