Description
Handmade bronze-drawn egg fettuccine with truffle directly in the dough.
Format: 500 g
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, egg 20%, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1%, water.
Cooking time 5/6 minutes in boiling water.
We recommend preparing our fettuccine with simple recipes, such as sautéing them in extra virgin olive oil heated in a pan with a clove of garlic, and if you like, an anchovy fillet.
