The Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Cream with truffle is a ready-made sauce, perfect for seasoning a first course (both semolina pasta and fresh pasta such as gnocchi, ravioli, fettuccine, risotto).
It can accompany a beef fillet, a hamburger or, again, it can complete fried meatballs. It is a very versatile sauce, easy to use in many preparations. It can also be used to give an extra touch to croutons or on pizza.
