Cacio e Pepe with truffle

Cacio e Pepe with truffle is a ready-made sauce, made with simple ingredients such as Pecorino cheese, pepper and our truffle. Perfect for seasoning a first course (both semolina pasta and fresh pasta such as gnocchi, ravioli, fettuccine, risotto).

It is also an ideal sauce in other preparations, from appetizers to main courses. It can accompany a beef fillet or, again, it can complete a hamburger. It is a very versatile sauce, easy to use in many preparations. It can also be used to give an extra touch to croutons or on pizza.

Ingredients: Fresh cream 24% from Italy, mature pecorino cheese (pasteurized sheep's milk , rennet, lactic ferments, salt), corn starch, butter , sunflower seed oil, water, salt, pepper, bianchetto truffle (tuber borchii Vitt.) 2%, natural flavours.
