Truffle butter can be used as a classic cooking butter to give an original touch to your dishes.

The simplest and at the same time tastiest dish you can make is some warm croutons with a drizzle of truffle butter.

You can also use it in a pan as a base for sautéing first courses, for stirring risottos or to make excellent and tasty meat scallops.

Ingredients: butter origin Italy 95%, dehydrated summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 3%, salt, natural flavours.
