Description
Whole summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) in water and salt.
Produced without colorants or preservatives, at km 0, from producer to consumer!
It can be used as if it were fresh truffle, with the advantage of long shelf life (before opening).
Use in cooking:
The use of whole summer truffle is the same as fresh truffle, from appetizers to first courses, or on a second course of meat or fish. Excellent also to use on eggs or on a fresh mozzarella. It is advisable not to heat it too much as the flavor of the truffle would tend to disperse.
Ingredients: summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) from Italy (Abruzzo and Molise) 3rd choice 90%, water, salt.
