Description
Typical semi-mature cheese with truffle, made with milk from farms in our mountains.
Cut in half and vacuum-packed.
Weight approximately 500 gr.
Expiry: approximately 3 months
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of approximately 4°C.
How to use caciocavallo with truffle:
You can enjoy it simply on its own or with cold cuts, honey, fruit compotes or jams, or even with fresh fruit, such as ripe figs.
Finally, you can create a truly appetizing dish by cooking a slice of caciocavallo with truffle in a pan or on a very hot griddle, so that a crust forms on both sides of the cheese, and serve it piping hot, alone or accompanied by honey and dried fruit.
