    Egg fettuccine with truffle directly in the dough.

    Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, egg 20%, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1%, water.

    Cooking time 5/6 minutes in boiling water.

    We recommend the preparation of our fettuccine with simple recipes, such as sautéing them in extra virgin olive oil heated in a pan with a clove of garlic, and if you like it, an anchovy fillet.
