storage : The best way is to wrap it in absorbent kitchen paper and close it tightly inside a container. Then, put the container back in the refrigerator. The casing must be changed regularly every day to avoid the onset of molds that can cause the truffle to rot. The truffle thus maintains its freshness for about a week.
How to clean the Black Summer Truffle or Fresh Scorzone : Immerse it in cold water for 5/10 minutes. Clean it with a brush or a toothbrush with not too hard bristles under running cold water and dry it with a dry cloth;
